Q1. How long is the warranty?
The standard warranty is 3 years. It could be longer upon request.
Q2.What is your payment terms?
Payment terms:30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shipment.
Q3. What is the delivery time?
Usually 12-15 working days after payment of deposit. Less than a week for our best sales because we always keep about 500 square meters in stock.
Q4. What technical supports can MANNLED offer?
We provide all kinds of technology trainings for free, including the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in our factory. All operation manuals, software, test reports , CAD drawings of the steel structure and instruction of installing the cabinets and connecting the signal/power cables can be provided for free. If required, MANNLED can send an engineer team to the country of the customer to instruct the installation.
